1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SparkQuote platform (the "Platform"), owned by RavionSystems ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Customer" refers to any public user visiting the Platform to request an electrical quote.
  • "Electrician" refers to a qualified professional who has registered for an account on the Platform to provide quotes and manage leads.
  • "AI Estimate" refers to the initial, non-binding, and automated price estimation generated by our AI.
  • "Final Quote" refers to the quote that has been reviewed, edited, and formally sent by an Electrician to a Customer via the Platform.

3. Description of Services

SparkQuote is a software platform that:

  • Allows Customers to receive an AI Estimate for electrical work by submitting a job description on an Electrician's public profile page.
  • Provides Electricians with a private dashboard to receive these requests, review the AI Estimate, and use our tools to create and send a Final Quote.
  • Facilitates communication by sending the Final Quote to the Customer via a secure "magic link" for acceptance or decline.

IMPORTANT: RavionSystems is a software provider, not an electrical contractor. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between the Customer and the Electrician. We do not perform any electrical work, nor do we endorse or guarantee the quality of any Electrician's work.

4. For Electricians: Account & Responsibilities

  • Registration: You must be a qualified and licensed electrician to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, including your handle, company_name, and pricing settings.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Your Content: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.
  • Final Quote Responsibility: The AI Estimate is a tool. You, the Electrician, are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming all details of the Final Quote before sending it. You are bound by the prices and terms you send in your Final Quote.

5. For Customers: Quotes & Estimates

  • AI Estimate is Not a Guarantee: You acknowledge that the initial "Instant Estimate" is an automated, AI-generated price approximation. It is for informational purposes only and is not a binding offer.
  • Final Quote: The only valid and binding offer is the Final Quote you receive from the Electrician via the "magic link" after they have personally reviewed the job details.
  • Your Contract: Any work you agree to is based on the Final Quote and forms a contract directly between you and the Electrician. We are not part of that contract.

6. Fees and Payment (For Electricians)

  • Electricians agree to pay the subscription fees associated with their chosen plan to access the Platform's features. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RavionSystems (SparkQuote) shall not be liable for:

  • Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the AI Estimate.
  • The quality, safety, or legality of any electrical work performed by an Electrician.
  • Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from the transaction or agreement between a Customer and an Electrician.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our platform is provided "as-is" without any warranties.

8. Termination

  • By You: Electricians may terminate their account at any time by cancelling their subscription.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
